Terms of Use
The rules governing access to and use of the AI 阿公 GPT Member Portal, its analysis tools and related content.
By accessing or using the Portal, you agree to these Terms and the Investment Risk Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Portal.
01 Service and eligibility
The Portal is provided by Qiwu Rhyme Ventures (202303296357). You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms and use the Portal only for lawful, personal investment-education purposes. Additional terms may apply to a particular programme, workshop or membership plan.
02 Membership and account access
Each membership is licensed to one named individual and one approved email account only. You may access the Portal from your own personal devices, but you must keep the account secure, provide accurate information and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorised use.
You may not sell, transfer, lend, resell, share or otherwise permit another person to use your membership. Simultaneous or patterned use reasonably suggesting account sharing may result in identity verification, temporary suspension while we investigate, or termination for a material or repeated breach.
Membership may be limited by activation and expiry dates. Access may automatically end when a subscription expires and may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, misuse, security concerns or breach of these Terms.
03 Free trial and analysis allowances
A new eligible ChatGPT account may receive up to three completed AI 阿公 GPT analyses free for life. The free trial is personal, non-transferable, available once per account and does not reset monthly. One submission containing one to four MTF charts and producing one integrated report counts as one analysis. A failed submission that produces no completed report does not count.
After the available free analyses are used, new analysis generation is paused until a paid membership is activated. QIWU may, at its discretion, grant additional non-resetting trial credits to a particular account; those credits remain personal, non-transferable and do not create a recurring entitlement. Creating another browser session, clearing cookies or using another device does not restore the free allowance because usage is recorded against the signed-in account.
04 Paid monthly analysis allowance and fair use
The Starter plan includes up to 200 completed AI analyses per membership month. The Monthly and Annual plans include up to 1,000 completed AI analyses per membership month, unless a different allowance is expressly shown in the member account. A membership month begins on the paid activation date and resets on each monthly anniversary. An Annual membership provides 12 consecutive membership months, each with its own fresh 1,000-analysis allowance; it is not 1,000 analyses for the whole year.
One submission counts as one analysis whether it contains one chart or up to four charts for multi-timeframe analysis. The integrated report and accompanying annotated structure chart form part of that same analysis. A failed submission that produces no completed report does not count. Unused analyses expire at the end of the cycle and do not roll over.
When the allowance is reached, new analysis generation pauses until the next cycle. We may apply reasonable technical rate limits or temporarily restrict automated, abusive, security-threatening or unusually excessive activity to protect members, service availability and third-party processing costs. No additional usage fee will be charged without your express agreement.
05 Permitted and prohibited use
You may use generated reports for your own education, research and decision-support. You must not:
- copy, scrape, reverse engineer, extract or attempt to discover private instructions, knowledge files, source code or security controls;
- resell, sublicense, republish or operate the Portal or its outputs as your own commercial analysis or signal service without written permission;
- upload unlawful, infringing, malicious or misleading content, or attempt to disrupt or bypass access controls;
- use the Portal to impersonate QIWU, provide regulated services without authorisation or misrepresent an AI output as a guaranteed result.
06 Your uploads and analysis records
You retain responsibility for charts and other content you upload. You grant us a limited permission to host, process, reproduce and transform that content solely as needed to operate, secure and improve the Portal. You confirm that you have the right to upload the content and that it does not violate another party’s rights.
The Portal is an analysis service, not a permanent backup or archival service. Uploaded chart images and generated annotated images are ordinarily retained for up to 12 months from the date of each analysis. The corresponding text report and structured analysis record may be retained for longer so that a member can review their private analysis history.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QIWU may archive, compress, restrict access to or permanently delete images before or after that ordinary period where reasonably necessary because of storage capacity, service performance, security, account closure, third-party provider limits, legal or regulatory requirements, discontinuation of a feature or other legitimate operational needs. Where reasonably practicable, we may provide advance notice of a material planned change; urgent or technically necessary action may occur without prior notice.
You are responsible for downloading and keeping an independent copy of any image or analysis material you wish to preserve. Image deletion may be permanent and irreversible, and a retained text report may no longer display its original or annotated chart.
07 AI outputs and educational purpose
AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, inconsistent or affected by chart quality, timeframe, market conditions and technical limitations. You must independently review every analysis. The Portal does not execute trades and does not replace professional financial, legal, tax or accounting advice.
07A Peruntukan model AI dan GPT‑6 Astra Ready
Skop dan maksud Ready. GPT‑6 Astra Ready bermaksud AI 阿公 GPT telah menyepadukan GPT‑6 Astra sebagai pilihan model analisis. Ia tidak menjanjikan penggunaan model tersebut secara eksklusif atau berterusan bagi setiap permintaan, laporan atau tempoh keahlian. Dasar ini meliputi pengecaman carta dan output analisis bagi percubaan percuma serta semua pelan berbayar; ia tidak meliputi GPT pihak ketiga yang berasingan, tutor manusia atau produk lain.
Platform memperuntukkan model GPT‑6 (Astra, Sol dan Luna, termasuk GPT‑6.1 Sol) mengikut jumlah penggunaan. Astra tidak dijamin bagi setiap permintaan. Model ditetapkan oleh platform; pengguna tidak berhak menuntut model tertentu, nisbah peruntukan tetap atau ambang pertukaran tetap. Ini tidak bermaksud penghalaan automatik sentiasa diaktifkan.
Ketersediaan model. Jika perkhidmatan tidak tersedia buat sementara waktu, kami boleh menjeda atau menangguhkan pemprosesan dan meminta anda mencuba semula. Kelajuan, gaya, kedalaman penaakulan dan output mungkin berbeza antara model.
Hak keahlian. Pelan membeli perkhidmatan analisis, kuota, ciri dan tempoh keahlian yang dinyatakan, bukan penggunaan eksklusif model tertentu. Peruntukan yang mematuhi dasar ini tidak dengan sendirinya mengurangkan kuota yang dibeli, memendekkan keahlian, mengenakan caj tambahan atau menjana semula laporan terdahulu secara automatik. Penghantaran gagal yang tidak menghasilkan laporan lengkap tidak dikira dalam kuota analisis.
Perbezaan output dan risiko. Model, versi dan keadaan pemprosesan boleh menghasilkan teks, tafsiran struktur, paras rujukan dan masa pemprosesan yang berbeza walaupun input sama. Astra Ready dan versi model tidak menjamin ketepatan, kejayaan dagangan, keuntungan atau masa respons. Pengguna mesti menyemak laporan dan keadaan pasaran secara bebas. Pertukaran model yang mematuhi dasar ini atau perbezaan output sahaja tidak secara automatik membuktikan kecacatan perkhidmatan atau hak bayaran balik; ini tidak menjejaskan remedi jika perkhidmatan tidak dibekalkan seperti dipersetujui atau hak di bawah undang-undang terpakai.
Perubahan dan hak berkanun. Perubahan penting dasar akan dimaklumkan sewajarnya melalui perkhidmatan. Perubahan kemudian tidak akan digunakan untuk menghapuskan liabiliti yang telah timbul secara retrospektif. Klausa ini tidak mengecualikan atau mengehadkan hak pengguna, remedi atau liabiliti yang tidak boleh dikecualikan atau dihadkan oleh undang-undang terpakai. 08 Fees, renewals and refunds
The currently published plans are Starter at RM99 per month, Monthly at RM398 per month and Annual at RM3,980 per year (the annual plan is priced at the equivalent of ten Monthly payments). USD $25, USD $99 and USD $990 may be shown as indicative references only. Billplz checkout, receipts and our transaction records are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR); any conversion applied by your card issuer or bank is outside our control.
Subscriptions in this phase renew manually. We do not automatically charge your card or bank account. A successful renewal extends access from the later of the existing expiry date or purchase date. Access ends automatically after the displayed expiry date unless another verified payment has been received.
Except where required by applicable law, payments for activated digital access are non-refundable and unused time does not automatically create a refund entitlement. Duplicate payments or verified technical billing errors will be reviewed fairly when reported promptly with the Billplz receipt.
Payment is processed by Billplz using the methods shown on its hosted checkout page. Access is normally activated shortly after our server receives a valid signed payment confirmation. If access is not updated within a reasonable time, contact cust@qiwu.my or +60 17-800 9282 with the Billplz receipt so that we can investigate. A pending or abandoned order does not activate membership.
09 Human Tutor Guidance
Human Tutor Guidance is an optional service purchased separately from Portal membership. The applicable price and session duration are shown on the selected tutor profile and again before checkout. A session is limited to learning how to use AI 阿公 GPT, prepare suitable chart inputs and understand the structure of a generated report. Tutors do not provide trading signals, personalised investment advice, managed trading or any promise of profit.
You may reschedule a confirmed session once by giving at least 48 hours' notice, subject to the tutor's available times. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the session, and failure to attend at the confirmed time, are non-refundable. If the tutor cannot attend or a verified QIWU platform failure prevents the session from taking place, we will offer a replacement booking credit or a refund of the affected session fee.
Online meeting links and session access details are personal and private. You must not publish, forward, share or permit another person to use them. Recording a tutor or session requires the prior agreement of all participants.
10 Intellectual property
The Portal, AI 阿公 framework, seven-pillar analysis structure, visual design, branding, software, prompts, learning materials and QIWU content are owned by or licensed to Qiwu Rhyme Ventures and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
11 Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may maintain, change, improve, restrict or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by the updated date above.
12 Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the Portal, other members, QIWU or third parties; respond to legal requirements; address overdue membership; or investigate a suspected breach. Provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, liability and governing law survive termination.
13 Disclaimer and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Portal is provided on an “as available” basis. QIWU does not guarantee any trading outcome, investment return, uninterrupted access or absolute accuracy. QIWU is not responsible for losses arising from a user’s trading or investment decisions, reliance on AI output, third-party services or events beyond reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The parties will first attempt to resolve a dispute in good faith; unresolved disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
