Affiliate Programme Terms

01Appointment and account

Qiwu Rhyme Ventures may approve an individual or organisation as an Affiliate. Each Affiliate receives one or more referral codes and must use the registered ChatGPT email to access the Affiliate Portal. Access is personal and may not be transferred.

02Referral attribution

Unless a written arrangement states otherwise, referral attribution uses the last valid QIWU referral link clicked within the Affiliate's configured attribution window, normally 30 days. Browser restrictions, deleted cookies, another later referral link or incomplete tracking may prevent attribution.

03Eligible commission

The Affiliate Portal displays the rate and scope assigned to each Affiliate. The default scope is the customer's first verified payment. An Affiliate configured for all attributed orders may also qualify for later orders that remain validly attributed.

• Only successfully paid and cryptographically verified Billplz orders qualify.
• Self-referrals, test payments, duplicate transactions, refunds, chargebacks, disputes, fraudulent activity and cancelled orders do not qualify.
• Commission is calculated from the order amount actually recorded by QIWU, excluding any amount later refunded or reversed.

04Pending review and payment

Commission normally remains pending for at least 14 days. QIWU may review payment status, refund requests, customer identity, promotional conduct and unusual activity before approving it. Approved commission is paid manually according to the settlement schedule communicated to the Affiliate.

05Promotion standards

Affiliates must present AI 阿公 GPT accurately as an investment decision support and education system. Affiliates must not promise profits, guaranteed accuracy, guaranteed winning rates, regulated investment advice, fund management or any service that QIWU does not provide.

• Do not use misleading, false, incomplete or unauthorised claims.
• Do not impersonate QIWU, register confusing domains or alter official pricing.
• Clearly disclose the commercial referral relationship where required.
• Do not send spam or use unlawful, deceptive or intrusive marketing methods.

06Brand and materials

QIWU grants a limited, revocable and non-transferable permission to use approved names, links and promotional materials solely for the Affiliate Programme. All brand rights and product materials remain the property of QIWU or their respective owners.

07Suspension and adjustments

QIWU may suspend a referral code, reject or reverse commission, request supporting information or end participation where reasonably necessary to address fraud, misuse, misleading promotion, legal or platform requirements, payment reversals or breach of these Terms.

08Independent relationship

An Affiliate is an independent promoter and is not an employee, agent, investment adviser, partner or representative authorised to bind QIWU. The Affiliate is responsible for their own taxes, registrations, disclosures and compliance obligations.

09Changes and disputes

QIWU may update programme rules, rates or eligibility for future transactions with reasonable notice. These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes in good faith before referring unresolved matters to the Malaysian courts.
