Affiliate Programme Terms

01Appointment and account

Qiwu Rhyme Ventures may approve an individual or organisation as an Affiliate. Each Affiliate receives one or more referral codes and must use the registered ChatGPT email to access the Affiliate Portal. Access is personal and may not be transferred.

02Referral attribution

Referral attribution follows a first-valid-referral account lock. Before the customer signs in, the first valid QIWU referral cookie remains eligible for the Affiliate's configured pre-login window, normally 30 days. When the customer signs in with ChatGPT, that Affiliate is permanently linked to the member account and a later referral link cannot replace it. Browser restrictions, deleted cookies or incomplete tracking before the first sign-in may prevent attribution.

03Eligible commission

Once an Affiliate is permanently linked to a member account, the Affiliate may qualify for direct commission on that member's future verified AI 阿公 GPT purchases and manual renewals at the rate configured when each commission record is created. Free-trial usage, sign-in and account creation do not generate commission.

• Only successfully paid and cryptographically verified Billplz orders qualify.
• Self-referrals, test payments, duplicate transactions, refunds, chargebacks, disputes, fraudulent activity and cancelled orders do not qualify.
• Commission is calculated from the order amount actually recorded by QIWU, excluding any amount later refunded or reversed.

04Two-tier override commission

QIWU may link one Affiliate as the immediate recruiter of another Affiliate. When the recruited Affiliate earns an eligible direct commission, the immediate recruiter may earn a separately configured override percentage calculated from that direct commission amount—not from the customer's order value.

• Example: a recruited Affiliate earns RM300 direct commission. At a 20% override rate, the immediate recruiter earns RM60.
• The RM60 is additional and does not reduce the recruited Affiliate's RM300 direct commission.
• Only the immediate recruiter may qualify. The system does not create a third-generation or deeper override.
• No payment is earned for recruitment alone. Override requires an eligible AI 阿公 GPT customer sale.
• Direct and override rates are snapshotted when the commission records are created. Later rate changes apply only to future eligible transactions.

05Pending review and payment

Commission normally remains pending for at least 14 days. QIWU may review payment status, refund requests, customer identity, promotional conduct and unusual activity before approving it. An override cannot be approved unless its linked direct commission remains eligible. Approved commission is paid manually according to the settlement schedule communicated to the Affiliate. QIWU may group approved records into a payout batch and retain the payment date, method, reference and proof as part of its accounting record. A paid record is not rewritten; any later refund, reversal or chargeback may be carried forward as a separate adjustment where permitted by these Terms.

06Promotion standards

Affiliates must present AI 阿公 GPT accurately as an investment decision support and education system. Affiliates must not promise profits, guaranteed accuracy, guaranteed winning rates, regulated investment advice, fund management or any service that QIWU does not provide.

• Do not use misleading, false, incomplete or unauthorised claims.
• Do not impersonate QIWU, register confusing domains or alter official pricing.
• Clearly disclose the commercial referral relationship where required.
• Do not send spam or use unlawful, deceptive or intrusive marketing methods.

07Brand and materials

QIWU grants a limited, revocable and non-transferable permission to use approved names, links and promotional materials solely for the Affiliate Programme. All brand rights and product materials remain the property of QIWU or their respective owners.

08Suspension and adjustments

QIWU may suspend a referral code, reject or reverse direct and related override commission, request supporting information or end participation where reasonably necessary to address fraud, misuse, misleading promotion, legal or platform requirements, payment reversals or breach of these Terms.

09Independent relationship

An Affiliate is an independent promoter and is not an employee, agent, investment adviser, partner or representative authorised to bind QIWU. The Affiliate is responsible for their own taxes, registrations, disclosures and compliance obligations.

10Changes and disputes

QIWU may update programme rules, rates or eligibility for future transactions with reasonable notice. These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes in good faith before referring unresolved matters to the Malaysian courts.
