01 Who we are

This Member Portal is operated by Qiwu Rhyme Ventures (202303296357), Malaysia (“QIWU”, “we”, “us” or “our”). AI 阿公 GPT is an Investment Decision Support System (IDSS) developed for investment education and structured market analysis.

02 Information we collect

Depending on how you use the Portal, we may collect:

• Identity and membership information — your name, email address, account identifier, membership status, role, activation date, expiry date and language preference.
• Analysis content — uploaded market charts, market codes, selected timeframes, analysis modes, prompts, generated reports and annotated images.
• Technical and usage information — access times, device, browser and network information, security events, error information, monthly usage cycle, completed analysis count, applicable allowance and feature usage needed to maintain and protect the Portal.
• Support communications — messages and information you provide when requesting access, technical assistance or membership support.
• Billing information — selected plan, amount, currency, order and Billplz bill identifiers, payment status, payment time and membership period. Full card or online-banking credentials are handled by Billplz and participating financial institutions, not stored by this Portal.
• Affiliate and referral information — referral code, referral-link click time, attributed order, commission rate, commission amount and approval or payment status. Affiliate views mask customer email addresses.

We do not intentionally collect your brokerage password, trading credentials or full payment-card details through the analysis workspace.

03 How we use information

We use information to verify membership, provide multilingual analyses, retain your private analysis history, administer subscriptions, attribute eligible referrals, calculate and review affiliate commission, measure and enforce the monthly analysis allowance, identify suspected account sharing or automated misuse, secure accounts, troubleshoot errors, improve the experience, respond to support requests and comply with applicable law.

Usage and security indicators may be reviewed where reasonably necessary to confirm that a membership is being used by its registered individual. We do not use these indicators to make investment decisions for you.

04 AI processing and service providers

To produce an analysis, relevant charts and instructions may be processed by third-party technology providers, including AI and hosting service providers. We disclose only the information reasonably required to provide and secure the service, and we expect providers to process it under their applicable contractual and security obligations.

Do not upload confidential brokerage credentials, identity documents, private keys or information that is not necessary for market-chart analysis.

05 Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell member personal information. For payment processing we transmit the minimum required customer and order information to Billplz. We may also disclose limited information to authorised service providers, professional advisers or public authorities where reasonably necessary to operate the Portal, protect users and QIWU, enforce our terms, investigate misuse or comply with lawful requirements.

06 Storage, security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Payment callbacks are verified using Billplz's cryptographic signature before membership access is activated. We retain information only for as long as reasonably required for membership administration, service delivery, security, accounting, dispute handling and legal obligations, after which it may be deleted or anonymised.

07 Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable Malaysian law, you may request access to or correction of your personal information, ask questions about its use, withdraw consent where processing depends on consent, or request account deletion. Some records may be retained where required for security, dispute resolution or legal compliance.

08 Cookies and local preferences

The Portal may use essential cookies or similar technologies for authentication, security, session continuity, language preferences and referral attribution. A valid referral cookie normally remains for the Affiliate's configured attribution window, commonly 30 days, unless it is replaced by a later valid referral or removed by the browser. Disabling essential technologies may prevent parts of the Portal from functioning correctly.

09 Children, external links and changes

The Portal is not intended for children. External websites and services have their own privacy practices. We may update this Policy when the service, technology or legal requirements change; the revised date will appear at the top of this page.
