01 Who we are

This Member Portal is operated by Qiwu Rhyme Ventures (202303296357), Malaysia (“QIWU”, “we”, “us” or “our”). AI 阿公 GPT is an Investment Decision Support System (IDSS) developed for investment education and structured market analysis.

02 Information we collect

Depending on how you use the Portal, we may collect:

• Identity and membership information — your name, email address, account identifier, membership status, role, activation date, expiry date and language preference.
• Analysis content — uploaded market charts, market codes, selected timeframes, analysis modes, prompts, generated reports and annotated images.
• Technical and usage information — access times, device, browser and network information, security events, error information, lifetime free-trial usage, monthly paid-allowance dates, completed analysis count, applicable allowance and feature usage needed to maintain and protect the Portal.
• Support communications — messages and information you provide when requesting access, technical assistance or membership support.
• Billing information — selected plan, amount, currency, order and Billplz bill identifiers, payment status, payment time and membership period. Full card or online-banking credentials are handled by Billplz and participating financial institutions, not stored by this Portal.
• Human Tutor Guidance information — selected tutor, session type, booking date and time, meeting or location details, booking and payment status, payment reference, attendance, rescheduling, support or refund history, and related administrative records. Tutor profiles may include a tutor's name, photograph, biography, languages, teaching mode, availability and service locations.
• Affiliate and referral information — first valid referral code, referral-link click time, permanent member-to-Affiliate attribution, attributed orders, recruiter relationship, direct and override commission rates, linked commission amount, review decisions, payout batch, payment reference, optional payment proof and administrative audit history. Affiliate views mask customer email addresses; recruiters may see the name, code, masked email and aggregated performance of Affiliates directly linked to them.
• Sales-funnel attribution — anonymous visitor and session identifiers, landing page, Partner or campaign code, page interactions and the order identifier required to connect a verified purchase with the relevant QIWU sales journey. We do not use this record to store chart content or payment-card details.

We do not intentionally collect your brokerage password, trading credentials or full payment-card details through the analysis workspace.

03 How we use information

We use information to verify membership, provide multilingual analyses, retain your private analysis history, administer the lifetime free trial and paid subscriptions, arrange and administer Human Tutor Guidance sessions, confirm payment and attendance, manage rescheduling, credits and refunds, maintain tutor service and payout records, measure sales-funnel performance, permanently link the first valid Affiliate referral to a member account, maintain recruiter relationships, calculate and review direct and override affiliate commission on future verified purchases, prepare and evidence commission payouts, maintain accounting and administrative audit records, enforce the applicable free or monthly analysis allowance, identify suspected account sharing or automated misuse, secure accounts, troubleshoot errors, improve the experience, respond to support requests and comply with applicable law.

Usage and security indicators may be reviewed where reasonably necessary to confirm that a membership is being used by its registered individual. We do not use these indicators to make investment decisions for you.

04 AI processing and service providers

To produce an analysis, relevant charts and instructions may be processed by third-party technology providers, including AI and hosting service providers. We disclose only the information reasonably required to provide and secure the service, and we expect providers to process it under their applicable contractual and security obligations.

Do not upload confidential brokerage credentials, identity documents, private keys or information that is not necessary for market-chart analysis.

05 Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell member personal information. For payment processing we transmit the minimum required customer and order information to Billplz. Where you book Human Tutor Guidance, we share with the selected tutor only the information reasonably needed to deliver and administer that session, such as your name, confirmed time, teaching mode and relevant session notes. We may also disclose limited information to authorised service providers, professional advisers or public authorities where reasonably necessary to operate the Portal, protect users and QIWU, enforce our terms, investigate misuse or comply with lawful requirements.

Online meeting links and session access details are treated as private booking information. Members and tutors should not publish or forward them, and access should be limited to the confirmed participants.

06 Storage, security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Payment callbacks are verified using Billplz's cryptographic signature before membership access is activated.

Chart-image retention. Our ordinary policy is to retain uploaded chart images and generated annotated images for up to 12 months from the date of each analysis. Text reports, structured analysis records and essential account, tutor booking, payment, attendance or transaction records may be retained for a longer period to provide private analysis history, administer the service, resolve disputes and meet security, accounting or legal obligations.

The 12-month period is a general retention policy and not a guarantee of permanent storage or uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by applicable law, QIWU may archive, compress, restrict access to or permanently delete images earlier or later where reasonably necessary because of storage capacity, service performance, security, account closure, third-party provider limits, legal or regulatory requirements, discontinuation of a feature or other legitimate operational needs. Where reasonably practicable, we may provide advance notice of a material planned change, but urgent or technically necessary action may occur without prior notice.

Members should download and keep their own copy of any image they need for long-term reference. When an image is removed, the related text report may remain available without the image. Deleted images may not be recoverable; limited residual copies may remain temporarily in backups or caches until they are securely overwritten or expire. We otherwise retain personal information only for as long as reasonably required for the purposes described in this Policy, after which it may be deleted or anonymised.

07 Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable Malaysian law, you may request access to or correction of your personal information, ask questions about its use, withdraw consent where processing depends on consent, or request account deletion. Some records may be retained where required for security, dispute resolution or legal compliance.

08 Cookies and local preferences

The Portal may use essential cookies or similar technologies for authentication, security, session continuity, language preferences and referral attribution. Before first sign-in, the first valid referral cookie normally remains for the Affiliate's configured pre-login window, commonly 30 days, and a later referral link does not replace it while it remains valid. After ChatGPT sign-in, that first valid Affiliate is permanently linked to the member account for future purchase attribution. Disabling or deleting cookies before first sign-in may prevent referral attribution.

09 Children, external links and changes

The Portal is not intended for children. External websites and services have their own privacy practices. We may update this Policy when the service, technology or legal requirements change; the revised date will appear at the top of this page.
